By placing an order with Le Fleur Régine, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders & Payments: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Bespoke Arrangements: For bespoke floral arrangements scheduled for delivery within five (5) days of the purchase date, please note that specific flower types or color palette requests may be subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate all preferences, the nature of floral supply may limit our ability to source particular blooms on short notice.

  In such instances, we will communicate directly with the client regarding any discrepancies. If a requested flower variety is unavailable, Le Fleur Régine reserves the right to substitute with blooms of equal value and in a similar style to preserve the integrity and luxury of the design. By placing a last-minute order, clients acknowledge and accept this risk and agree to the creative discretion of the florist.

• Delivery: We offer local delivery within designated zip codes. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability. If provided with a specific delivery time, we will do our best to honor this. However, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made at a specific time.

  Additionally, bespoke orders with specific flower or color palette requests placed for next-day delivery will default to an afternoon delivery window at the earliest, to allow time for same-day sourcing and preparation.

• Substitutions: Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of florals, we reserve the right to make substitutions using the freshest blooms available while maintaining the overall look, color palette, and value of the arrangement, including bespoke arrangements.

• Design Aesthetic: Le Fleur Régine is known for its signature style: elegant, refined, and thoughtfully curated. By placing an order, you acknowledge and trust the artistic discretion of our designers. All designs are made in alignment with our creative direction and floral philosophy.

• Custom Work: For custom floral designs, a consultation may be required. All custom/bespoke design services are subject to availability and designer approval. For event services, please submit an inquiry here.

Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled and delivered.

Le Fleur Régine is known for its distinct design aesthetic: elegant, refined, and intentionally curated. By placing an order, you agree to trust the creative direction and floral selections made by our designer. We do not offer refunds or replacements based on individual style preferences or dissatisfaction with flower types chosen, as all arrangements are crafted at the designer’s discretion using the best seasonal blooms available.

However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If there is a concern regarding the condition or quality of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a detailed description. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Local deliveries take place from Monday-Saturday unless we are out of office.

Same day local deliveries are available Monday- Friday and must be placed before 10am EST.

Next day deliveries must be placed before 5pm EST.

Saturday deliveries must be placed before 5PM EST on Fridays. Any deliveries placed after 5pm on Friday will be fulfilled on Monday.

To preserve the quality and freshness our clients love, we do not ship florals. All florals are subject to local delivery only.

We are happy to accomodate specific design requests based on availability and seasonality and encourage our clients to make suggestions based on their desired inspiration. Please inform us of your preference during checkout or email us a picture of your inspiration to info@lefleurregine.com. We strive to create arrangements based on our clients preferences, but due to quick turnarounds in the retail florist world, we cannot always guarantee that your inspiration (such as specific flower varieties, etc.) is available within the quick time period.
